COMMUNICATING FOR THE PURPOSE OF PROSTITUTION: This criminal charge implies something that is nonsensical and absurd: THE ACT OF PROSTITUTION-[exchanging money for sexual…congress]-IS NOT ILLEGAL, HOWEVER, TALKING ABOUT IT (a.k.a. communicating): IS ILLEGAL…?
